Memecoins are extremely volatile. The price of any coin can go to zero and stay there.

Smart contract risk

The contracts may contain bugs. They depend on Meteora DAMM v2, SPL Token-2022 and the Solana network, any of which can fail or change.

Liquidity and fees

Pools charge a 50% fee at launch that decays to about 1.25% over ten minutes, then 1.25% on every swap. Large trades move the price.

Inheritance is not guaranteed

Airdrop shares depend on snapshots and can be vetoed, delayed or burned if no root is published. Claims expire after the claim window.

Votes lock tokens

Tokens locked in a council cannot be sold until the round ends.
